Lemon, Almond and Ginger Nougatine, 45% Milk Chocolate, Peru - 60g

Initially, we had an idea for an ephemeral creation with a milk chocolate custom-made by our friends at Qantu. Candied lemons were the foundation of this invention, but little by little roasted almonds and notes of caramel were added to form this magical mixture.

All that was missing was a touch of ginger to bring this fantastic recipe to life, which will charm you as much as it does us!
