Hot Chocolate - Hazelnuts and Dark Milk

Ingredients: Dark milk chocolate 57% (chocolate blend: Dark chocolate 70% from Chocolats Monarque (cocoa beans of different origins, cane sugar), Milk chocolate 51% from Chaleur B (cocoa beans of different origins, milk powder, cane sugar), hazelnuts, sugar.

May contain traces of nuts, egg, gluten, peanut, soy and sesame seeds.

Weight: 180gr

Servings: 4-6

Recipe for two servings:

• 90g of chocolate
• 180 ml of water or vegetable milk of your choice

(for cow's milk, double the amount of liquid)

In a small saucepan, bring the water to a simmer. Add the chocolate and reduce the heat. Then stir with a whisk until smooth and remove from the heat. Pour and enjoy.
