Maple, Miso & Toasted Rice, 65% Maple Dark Chocolate, Philippines

A dark chocolate sweetened with maple to which we added white miso as well as a crunch of toasted rice and maple. These ingredients mixed with maple bring out the amber side of this sugar, while the miso rounds out the flavors and gives the bar an umami side. Surprising, but really delicious!
